Quotes and orders
Quotes are estimates based on the specifications you provide and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only after written acceptance and any required deposit.
Production and delivery times
Production times shown on the website are estimates and may vary with order size, materials and shipping. Delays caused by approvals, customs or carriers are outside our control.
Artwork and intellectual property
You confirm you have the right to use all artwork, logos and content you send us. Website content, photos and designs belong to Link't Systems LLC and may not be reused without permission.
Returns and claims
Custom products are made to order and are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects. Please report defects or damage within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Link't Systems LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
